ugh, what a headache! sorry to hear about the venue news. at least they gave the deposit back! i'm crossing my fingers that the new place comes through for you!
oh boy is this sucky!! I hate when things like this happen...we had our DJ double book us (the jerk-face) and a change in event coordinator at our venue (fortunately she's a sweety) Good luck though finding a new place!
@penga: yeah sucks big big time. I haven't seen the new venue yet, am waiting until July because they have a lot of events lined up.
@Dancy: LOL yeah I'm still around just hella busy with my new day job and same old night job lol!!
@toya: yeah I'm crossing my fingers. It looks like we'll have to go local to our city and hope that the price is right. When I looked at the beginning of the year, the price definitely wasn't in line with our budget.... c'est la vie
@loveis: yeah i'm happy because I have my decor and I will do the bouquets etc, but it's useless to have gorgeous ostrich feather centerpieces, etc and NO PLACE to put them!!! but I'm sure we'll figure it out. In the end, it only matters that I am Mrs. M H, you know?
